Department: Creative Department

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finalizer to join our Creative Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, production-ready artwork and media-ready files for print and digital platforms, ensuring that all deliverables meet technical specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of graphic design software, print production, digital media specifications, layout, typography, and color management. The Finalizer will work closely with designers, art directors, account executives, and production teams to ensure high-quality outputs and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalize artwork and production-ready files for print and digital media.

  • Review artwork for accuracy, including layout, typography, alignment, dimensions, color profiles, resolution, and file specifications.

  • Ensure files meet production requirements, including CMYK/RGB color modes, bleeds, crop marks, fonts, linked assets, and appropriate file formats.

  • Adapt master artwork and key visuals across multiple formats and media while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Prepare and format reports, books, brochures, presentation decks, and other creative materials.

  • Organize, name, version, and archive files using structured folder systems.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues, missing assets, font problems, and artwork inconsistencies before final delivery.

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, studio managers, and production teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

  • Liaise with printers, prepress operators, production houses, and digital media platforms when required to confirm technical specifications.

  • Manage multiple projects and revisions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

  • Recommend workflow improvements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Maintain quality standards and ensure all final deliverables comply with client requirements and brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Digital Media, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the advertising industry or a related creative production environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Strong understanding of print and digital production requirements, including color management, resolution, bleed settings, crop marks, file formats, and prepress processes.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of layout, typography, proportions, and visual consistency.

  • Ability to troubleshoot artwork and file preparation issues independently.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize urgent requests, and meet strict deadlines.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Flexibility to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced creative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe certifications or relevant graphic design software certifications.

  • Familiarity with prepress software, production workflows, and digital advertising specifications.

  • Experience working with print vendors, production houses, or external creative collaborators.

Performance Expectations

  • Deliver accurate, error-free artwork and production-ready files.

  • Meet agreed deadlines and maintain high on-time delivery performance.

  • Identify opportunities to improve finalization workflows and reduce turnaround times.

  • Collaborate effectively with creative and production teams to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.

Working Conditions

Standard business hours apply. Extended hours, late evenings, or weekends may occasionally be required during campaign deadlines, pitch preparations, or urgent revisions.
