About us:
We’ve been in business since 2011 and Bluestorm understands how recruitment has changed since then. Even more so since COVID arrived. We don’t believe in the boiler room tactics, so much so, that we’ve abolished arbitrary KPIs for our teams. Time has moved on, we feel it's more important to build long-term relationships than quick flips with our clients.
Why are we different?
Simply put, we’re a small, friendly, approachable boutique-style agency with people who love what they do and genuinely relish changing people's lives, for the better. The fact we don’t push our teams into hitting unreachable targets means we can focus on delivering a great round of candidates that hit clients briefs with precision. We also believe it’s also important to use technology as an enabler in finding the perfect candidate. We’ve heavily invested in internal and external software solutions to act as a key enabler in driving our business forward.
The verticals we specialize in are:
-iGaming/Sportsbook
-eSports
-High growth tech start-ups
- Digital businesses
