This role supports the Asset Management Team in Frankfurt for at least 6 months, starting in January, in the management and optimization of a portfolio of logistics assets.
Key Responsibilites
Support the Asset Management Team in managing and developing a portfolio of logistics and commercial real estate
Contribute to the drafting, analysis and review of lease agreements and lease amendments
Prepare decision-making documents, presentations, and management reports
Support the management of external service providers (property managers, facility managers, real estate agents, technical consultants).
Support the evaluation and execution of capital expenditure (CapEx) and value-add initiatives.
Analyze property, market, and tenant data and deriving recommendations for action.
Conduct market, competitor and rental value research to support asset strategies.
Contribute to leasing activities.
Support the further development of internal processes, data structures, and reporting tools.
Your profile
Currently pursuing a degree in real estate management/economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
First practical experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
