The Graduate Talent Trainee (GTT) program at Bitdeer is dedicated to developing high-potential graduates into skilled professionals who drive innovation and organizational excellence at Bitdeer. This 18-month program combines hands-on experience in your chosen field with comprehensive training in our core values and business practices.

We are looking for key talents to develop in the following areas:
- Sales Support & Billing Management: Support Sales Managers with day-to-day operations, including managing expense reports and reimbursement workflows. Consolidate monthly operational records (such as fault/system logs), calculate client billings, and coordinate with Finance for invoicing.
- Project & Cross-Departmental Coordination:Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and internal teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.Track project timelines, coordinate deliverables across functional teams, and ensure on-time project execution.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Assist with general administrative duties, including document preparation, contract archiving, and internal approval workflows.Maintain and update operational spreadsheets, databases, and progress reports with high accuracy.
- Process Improvement & Compliance:Help streamline administrative inefficiencies and ensure all sales and operational activities comply with company policies.
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Internship or school project experience in administration, coordination, reporting, or AI cloud related will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A proactive, positive, and willing-to-learn attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and project coordination tasks.
