Your Mission:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll troubleshoot, solve problems, share insights, and help us constantly improve what we build, always with the customer’s experience and success in mind.
What you’ll do:
Installation, configuration and independent, efficient and accurate troubleshooting of:
Server-operating systems (Linux, Windows-Server, VMware, and further)
Control panel software packs (cPanel, Plesk)
Networking equipment (switches, firewalls, load balancers, ...)
Power equipment (rack-PDU, rack-ATS)
Professional communication and technical documentation in German and English

Your Tech Toolbox (ideally):
Strong command of Linux: You’re not panicking when the kernel does.
Solid experience with hardware: Wherever you go, you never go without your USB-to-RS232 console cable
Thorough understanding of networking fundamentals: There’s no place like 127.0.0.1
Familiarity with hosting environments, ideally because you’re hosting some application or service yourself
Basics in monitoring/ticketing tools
driver´s license required
