About the Opportunity
Beech Valley is hiring an experienced Accounting Manager-level consultant to support a multi-site healthcare organization with operational accounting and month-end close. This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive a clean, timely close across multiple locations and workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do

Lead/support the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

Drive operational accounting tasks including:

Account reconciliations and variance/flux explanations

Journal entry preparation/review

Balance sheet and income statement review support

Partner with internal stakeholders to keep close activities moving across multiple sites

Identify bottlenecks and improve close efficiency through documentation, checklists, and process clean-up

Provide clear status updates and communicate risks/issues early
What We’re Looking For

Manager-level accounting experience (either public accounting + industry or strong industry track)

Proven experience in multi-site healthcare (highly preferred)

Strong operational accounting / month-end close background

Comfortable owning work end-to-end with minimal oversight

Advanced Excel skills; experience working across multiple entities/locations is a plus
