Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that daily accounting transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with local regulations and company policies,
Monitor and control general accounting processes,
Manage E-Invoice, E-Archive, and E-Ledger processes,
Maintain and follow up on accounting records related to import and export transactions,
Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliations,
Prepare the required reports and documentation for internal and external audits,
Support financial reporting and accounting analysis
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in General Accounting and working knowledge of the Turkish Uniform Chart of Accounts (Tek Düzen Hesap Planı)
Proven experience in managing E-Invoice (E-Fatura), E-Archive (E-Arşiv), and E-Ledger (E-Defter) processes end-to-end
Strong knowledge of import and export accounting processes
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
CPA certification (SMMM) is considered an asset
