About Us Visa is a world leader in payments technology, facilitating transactions between consumers, merchants, financial institutions and government entities across more than 200 countries and territories, dedicated to uplifting everyone, everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid. At Visa, you'll have the opportunity to create impact at scale — tackling meaningful challenges, growing your skills and seeing your contributions impact lives around the world. Join Visa and do work that matters – to you, to your community, and to the world. Progress starts with you. Job Description Visa's Risk & Security Solutions help clients make better fraud decisions. Solutions built on real-time decisioning, rules engines, ML models, and deep client-specific configuration are never deployed once and left static — they continuous client engagement doing continuous discovery and working to provide incremental value to our clients. In environments this complex, product capability alone does not create client value. Engagement is the mechanism that turns capability into solutions. The most effective model sits above the product as a solution layer — translating platform capability into business outcomes, continuously discovering client needs as they evolve, and delivering against them incrementally rather than episodically. This role exists to build and lead that solution layer. The mandate here is to transform and establish PS as a distinct, strategic function that owns the engagement model end to end, moving Visa RAS from product-led delivery to solution-led partnership. This is a build-and-lead mandate for a leader who can operate in ambiguity and embed rigorous structure where variation exists today. What You'll Own: Strategy & Vision: Full strategic ownership and vision for the Delivery function, defining how the team operates as the solution layer that turns platform capability into client outcomes. Set the direction for an engagement model grounded in continuous discovery and incremental delivery (defined project plans, RAID logs, governance structure, etc). Shape and influence the PS pricing and milestone-based delivery model in partnership with Sales, Solutions, and Commercialization, ensuring delivery is valued and structured to support sustainable growth. The Engagement Model (Delivery Layer): Build an engagement model that operates continuously, not episodically, and owns outcomes, not just interactions Translate product capability into client solutions through continuous discovery and owning the client relationship during implementation Deliver incrementally against evolving client needs, surfacing product gaps with precision and context in alignment our product roadmap/implementation plan. Close the loop between client reality and roadmap decisions. Operating Model & Governance: Lead the transformation to a gated delivery lifecycle (Discovery → Go-Live → Hypercare) with formal project charters, standardized methodology, and governance structure (internal and externally facing) Establish RAID governance, formal escalation paths, and PSA tooling across all active implementations Ensure smooth adoption and transition of tooling to MS Dynamics Project Operations Define and enforce a clean PS-to-Customer Success / Managed Services handoff protocol at go-live. People Leadership: Lead and develop both people leaders and individual contributors through functional leads across Implementation Consulting, Project Management, and Resource Management. Build organizational capability through certification, structured upskilling, and targeted hiring — closing the skills gap across the full lifecycle, from discovery through hypercare. Client & Executive Engagement: Lead executive steering committee engagement for strategic accounts Provide hands-on delivery oversight of key Tier 1 accounts Use Executive Business Reviews/Service Delivery Reviews and defined governance structure to surface expansion opportunities at the right altitude. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate tightly across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Client Services, influencing without direct authority Act as a high-fidelity signal amplifier for Product teams, feeding contextual client feedback into the roadmap Partner with the SI/Partner team, bringing knowledge of how SI partners extend delivery capacity This role is a Hybrid position to be located in our Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX office locations.
