Job Description What it's all about - Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments. The Strategy & Commercial Operations (S&O) team plays a key role in shaping and executing VCA Europe’s strategy. The team drives business planning, go-to-market execution, commercial performance, practice growth, pipeline development, leadership reporting, and strategic initiatives that help VCA scale, diversify revenue, and deliver stronger client outcomes across Europe. The  Senior Manager, AI Transformation and Change Management will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives including AI adoption across Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Europe. Working across a diverse portfolio of transformation programmes, this role will lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications and capability-building activities that help embed new ways of working and improve organisational effectiveness. Partnering with our business leaders, HR and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will drive AI adoption, engagement and behavioural change across initiatives spanning digital enablement, knowledge management, talent development, communications and operating model transformation. They will develop and execute change strategies, measure adoption outcomes and ensure employees are equipped and motivated to embrace change. What is expected of you, day to day: Lead change activities across AI, transformation and strategic initiatives. Develop and deliver change, communication and adoption strategies for new tools, platforms and ways of working. Assess stakeholder impact, manage risks and drive engagement. Support leaders in embedding behavioural change and organisational effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as required. Digital, AI & Platform Adoption Drive adoption of digital platforms, knowledge solutions and AI-enabled capabilities. Partner with business and technology teams to build awareness, capability and usage. Monitor adoption and identify opportunities to improve business impact and productivity. Engagement & Communications Design and deliver communication and engagement plans to support transformation initiatives. Build stakeholder and champion networks to accelerate adoption and knowledge sharing. Promote new platforms, processes, governance models and ways of working. Learning & Capability Building Develop and deliver learning programmes, workshops and enablement initiatives. Support capability frameworks, career development and mentoring programmes. Create toolkits, playbooks and guidance materials that enable sustainable change. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track adoption, engagement and business outcome metrics. Produce insights, dashboards and leadership updates on progress and risks. Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve programme effectiveness. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications What we’re after… Proven experience leading change management, business transformation, organisational effectiveness or employee engagement initiatives. Experience and understanding of AI and its relevance in driving change and business performance Experience supporting complex transformation programmes within matrixed organisations. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders. Experience developing communication, engagement and enablement strategies that drive adoption and behavioural change. Experience delivering learning, capability-building and organisational development programmes. Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using data to measure programme effectiveness and adoption. Experience supporting digital, technology, platform or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is highly desirable. Experience in management consulting, professional services or large-scale corporate environments is preferred. Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging digital capabilities is beneficial.
