Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders across functions and regions. Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering activities. Understand business objectives, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Drive alignment across stakeholders and help resolve competing priorities. Manage Salesforce projects and coordinate activities across business, technical teams and vendors. Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning activities. Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. Recommend standard Salesforce solutions and best practices whenever possible. Perform light-to-moderate Salesforce administration and configuration activities as needed. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Salesforce Solutions/Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably within a global organization. 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience. Demonstrated ability to manage and influence business stakeholders. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. Solid expertise across Salesforce platforms and capabilities, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Account Engagement, Reports & Dashboards, Security & Sharing Concepts, Integration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. How would you stand out? Experience working in Agent force, Einstein AI and CRM Analytics is preferred.
