Where You'll Make a Difference Deliver expert analytical support to global manufacturing, quality, and innovation teams. Interpret GC and GC-MS data to drive quality and material disposition decisions. Investigate quality deviations, OOS results, and customer complaints to minimize risk. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical and quality challenges. Support continuous improvement and digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in analytical laboratories, quality, or chromatography-based roles. Hands-on experience with GC and/or GC-MS instrumentation and data interpretation. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and root-cause investigation skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across global teams. How Would You Stand Out? Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Automate, or similar analytics tools. Knowledge of statistical analysis, trend monitoring, and data-driven decision-making. Experience building dashboards, KPI reports, or automated reporting solutions. Exposure to laboratory informatics, digital transformation, or automation projects. Background in flavors, fragrances, food, pharmaceutical, or specialty chemical industries. Why Choose Us?
