In this role, you'll be a key part of the homeowner experience after closing, helping homeowners navigate warranty requests, coordinating repairs, and working alongside our trade partners to keep things moving.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just respond to problems but takes initiative, follows through, and makes things happen!

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with homeowners and trade partners by phone and email
- Coordinate repair scheduling and follow up on service requests
- Help troubleshoot common homeowner concerns and identify solutions quickly
- Partner with multiple departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Deliver a positive, professional, and helpful experience in every interaction
- Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented
This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now. We offer competitive benefits and have one of the best holiday parties in town!

Big things are happening—our brand-new headquarters is under construction in Caldwell, Idaho! This role will make the move to our new home in 2027. Come grow with us as we build what’s next.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
- Homebuilding or construction experience is a plus, but not required
