- Monitor and manage the progress of all design projects to ensure deliverables are completed in line with agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines, and handle all follow-ups to maintain project momentum.
- Coordinate and consolidate feedback from internal teams and the Managing Director, ensuring it is clear, structured, and actionable before being shared with external design partners.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather required information, ensure alignment of details, and verify accuracy with the internal design team before any external communication.
- Track invoices and related documentation to ensure timely and accurate payments to external design partners in accordance with contractual terms.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department upon final approval of brand design projects to initiate trade name registration and trademark protection processes. Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations for head office and operational staff across restaurants, kitchens, outlets, and warehouses, ensuring accurate processing of salaries, overtime, public holiday pay, deductions, penalties, and final settlements.
