About the job:
We are looking for Test Automation Specialists in Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Rebase Consulting combines the benefits of being a freelancer and working in a company into a single and unique package: with us you can be your own boss without the drawbacks of business uncertainties.
This is what you get:
- Commission-based salary: you will receive 50% of the billed hourly rate, combined with an excellent base salary.
- Ecosystem: In addition to our own direct clients, we have access to hundreds of customers and projects through Gofore’s ecosystem. We also collaborate with other vendors.
- Flexibility: Our consultants work closely with our customers, so the working model is shaped by the needs of each project. In practice, remote work is our primary way of working, but many projects include some on-site collaboration (for example 1–3 days per week or a few times per quarter).
- Employment assurance: Rebase comprehensive Employee Handbook includes many better employee benefits than mandatory legal provisions. In addition, you get premium healthcare.
- Community & partnership: You'll be part of a professional community that supports your growth. We organize regular gatherings such as breakfasts, lunches, and informal Rebase Coffee remote meetups, as well as occasional events like summer parties.
- Flat by default: Rebase does not have career ladders, seniority levels, or salary discussions.
What we expect from you:
- Strong proven test automation skills e.g. Robot Framework, Selenium, Jenkins.
- You understand how modern AI tools and technologies work and are eager to leverage AI in your everyday work.
- Knowledge in Python, DevOps, CI/CD considered as an advantage.
- You have work experience in different projects and domains.
- You prefer a collaborative environment and like to work as a part of a diverse team.
- You are always learning and looking for a better way to do things.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude), or a genuine interest in applying AI to improve test automation, test coverage, and software quality, is considered a plus.
Location
We are currently looking for talented professionals only for roles based in Finland. We operate with a customer-first mindset, and depending on the project and client needs, we can offer flexibility for remote work within Finland.
