The Residential R&D New Product Development team works closely with our Residential R&D Asphalt and Glass Mat teams, as well as our Residential Product Management teams in order to design and develop new products . Activities may include creating and testing initial proof of concepts in the laboratory, supporting trials through experimental planning, material testing, and data analysis,, and using these technical learnings to build a business case for capital investment. Essential Duties: Problem solving, project management and communication skills are all necessary as is the ability to operate in a team environment. In addition, candidates must have the ability to generate accurate and concise technical reports.
