Previous detailing experience is a plus — but a strong work ethic and attention to detail matter most. Starting at $18.50 per hour Performance-based pay and bonuses. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Clean, detail, and refurbish new and used Toyota/preowned vehicles to dealership standards. • Perform interior cleaning — vacuuming, shampooing, wiping surfaces, and deodorizing. • Perform exterior washing, waxing, polishing, and paint protection treatments. • Apply touch-up paint and minor surface treatments as needed. • Ensure all vehicles are inspection-ready before delivery to customers. • Safely operate vehicles within the dealership facility. • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe detailing area. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors on vehicle status. • Follow all safety protocols and dealership guidelines. • Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or GED. • Previous detailing, car wash, or vehicle cleaning experience preferred — not required. • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. • Ability to work efficiently at a consistent pace in a fast-moving environment. • Valid Driver's License is required — must be able to safely operate vehicles. • Ability to work scheduled shifts including rotating Saturdays and holidays. • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is based primarily in the designated detailing area and may extend throughout the dealership facility — indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement in and out of vehicles, contact with vehicle cleaning and detailing products, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
