We are seeking a Leasing Professional in Sioux Falls, SD at Hidden Valley Stables who is energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player. Previous property management experience is preferred, but not required.
You Have:
- Marketing and networking skills
- Leasing experience
- Tax Credit and / or affordable housing experience is preferred
- Phone and email etiquette
- Strong communication skills
