This is a full-time position, regularly scheduled for 40 hours per week, typically across 5 shifts. Overtime may be required based on business needs. Open availability is required, as the store operates 8:00 am–10:00 pm daily, including weekends and holidays. The store is closed on Christmas Day. Candidates must be 21 years of age and hold a current MED Badge (or be eligible to obtain one).

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service by training staff to assist customers effectively and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Sales Management: Drive sales growth through strategic planning, promotional activities, and exceptional customer experiences.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including stock ordering, tracking, and loss prevention to ensure product availability and compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including those from the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and the company.
- Financial Oversight: Manage daily financial operations, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budget adherence.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment that meets the highest standards for both safety and presentation.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and staff productivity, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of retail management experience; cannabis dispensary experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a regulated retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, compliance standards, and customer education.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and cash handling.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
- Proficiency with business technology including HR systems and Google Workspace.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must hold a current MED Badge (or be eligible to obtain one).
