Kirana Club is looking for energetic, sales-driven Field Sales team members who are comfortable travelling daily, visiting sellers, and driving seller acquisition and onboarding. Identify and meet potential sellers, including brands, manufacturers, traders, distributors, wholesalers, and super-stockists. Help them register, list products, and progress towards going live on Kirana Club.

What you'll do
- Travel daily within the assigned city and visit seller markets.
- Identify and onboard brands, manufacturers, traders, distributors, wholesalers, and super-stockists.
- Explain the Kirana Club platform and support seller registration and initial product listing.
- Identify regional brands and arrange meetings with the central business development team.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve targets for seller visits, qualified leads, registrations, and successful onboarding.
What we're looking for
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, FMCG sales, distributor acquisition, or B2B sales preferred.
- Experience with brands, distributors, wholesalers, or traders is an advantage.
- Comfortable with daily travel and in-person market visits.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets/CRM.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Someone who enjoys meeting business owners, building relationships, and converting market opportunities into onboarded sellers.
