The Medical Laboratory Technician Team Leader coordinates the work activities of the staff and helps the Medical Technologists and Laboratory Manager ensure the adherence of established policies and procedures as well as the achievement of the goals and objective of the department and AEL. Under the direct supervision of the Laboratory Manager, incumbents are subject to overtime and callback as required by AEL. This opportunity is full-time during third shift.
