· Strong organizational, documentation, and detail-oriented technical execution skills.

· Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently with initiative, adaptability, and high drive toward project deadlines.

· Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Demonstrated experience safely handling electrical systems operating up to 400VDC.

· Hands-on subsea cable splicing, potting, or custom harness fabrication experience.

· Experience with hydrostatic test setups, pressure vessels, and/or high-pressure pneumatic/hydraulic systems.

· Current or past IPC-A-610 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certifications.

· Familiarity with low-volume, high-mix (LVHM) or prototype-to-production manufacturing environments.
