Shift Differentials
- 2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour
- 3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour

Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour
(Friday 5 PM – Sunday midnight)
What You’ll Do
As an LPN at RiverMead, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents by:
- Delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care
- Conducting resident assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Developing and updating individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Performing therapeutic procedures, including wound care, immunizations, and infection management
- Collaborating closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Promoting resident dignity, safety, and quality of life
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current New Hampshire LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care
