As a Stock Associate at Skechers, you'll play an essential role in keeping our store running smoothly. You'll support our sales team by ensuring products are readily available for customers, while taking responsibility for receiving, processing and organising deliveries to maintain an efficient and well-organised stockroom. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving unloading and unpacking deliveries, moving and organising stock, processing inventory and replenishing products throughout the store. You'll need to be comfortable with manual tasks, working on your feet throughout your shift and handling stock efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a part-time role with essential availability on both Saturdays and Sundays, including the ability to work until 9:30 pm on both days. Availability to work additional shifts during the week and covering peak trading periods would also be an advantage. Flexibility to work additional shifts when needed during the week would be an advantage. Comfortable undertaking physical work, including lifting, carrying, moving and organising stock. Willing to process deliveries, unpack boxes and complete stockroom tasks efficiently. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory. Able to work at pace, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider store team.
