Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, strengthen market positioning, and drive student acquisition.
- Lead brand management initiatives by ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand experience across all online and offline marketing channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Academic, Digital Marketing, and Creative, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the planning and production of marketing content across digital, social media, and offline channels to support business and brand objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve brand impact and marketing effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related role, preferably within the education or service industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated brand campaigns that deliver measurable business and brand outcomes.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, market research, and competitive analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple marketing projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics, presentation, and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms) to support reporting and strategic decision-making.
