Your Day-to-Day
- Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, with a strong focus on performance and business outcomes.
- Manage campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, placements, creatives, and audience segments to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor campaign performance closely and proactively identify opportunities to grow efficiently
- Lead ongoing testing and experimentation across ad creatives, messaging, audiences, offers, campaign objectives, placements, and bidding strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets based on performance, business priorities, and expected returns.
- Stay up to date with changes to Meta and TikTok algorithms, ad products, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid social advertising, with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance drivers, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including funnel strategy, audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, creative testing, budget optimization, bidding, and campaign scaling
- Experience managing campaigns targeting the Malaysia market would be a strong advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and digital campaign tracking, including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, conversion tracking, and event tracking
- Working knowledge of SEM and SEO, including an understanding of keyword strategy, search campaign performance, website traffic, and organic search fundamentals.
- Good understanding of website performance and conversion optimization, including landing page performance and customer journey analysis.
