The Sales Trainer Senior Staff will be responsible for enhancing the sales capabilities of our team at Sparks. This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs towards all Education Consultants to improve sales performance and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in sales techniques and product knowledge.
Your Day-to-Day
- Deliver onboarding and sales training for Sales Agent
- Train agents on product knowledge, customer profiling, approaching prospects, pitching, objection handling, lead generation, and booking.
- Conduct practical roleplays, simulations, and readiness assessments before agents are deployed to the field.
- Develop simple, practical, and easy-to-understand training materials, SOPs, scripts, and sales tools.
- Conduct field observations and coaching to identify execution gaps and improve agent performance.
- Track training effectiveness through agent readiness, productivity, and sales funnel performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Strategy & Operations to continuously improve training based on field insight
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in L&D, sales training, field sales, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of practical sales techniques, especially prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and closing.
- Comfortable facilitating training for frontline or field sales teams.
- Able to translate complex concepts into simple, practical, actionable training.
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting field visits and hands-on coaching.
- Data-driven and able to identify performance gaps from sales funnel metrics.
- Experience in education, retail, direct sales, or customer acquisition is a plus.
