O Discovery Rep é um programa de desenvolvimento com duração de 12 meses, voltado para estudantes ou recém formados que desejam iniciar a carreira em tecnologia, dados, automação e inovação, atuando em um ambiente corporativo, dinâmico e orientado à transformação digital. Durante o programa, a pessoa participante irá apoiar atividades do dia a dia relacionadas a tecnologia e dados, trabalhando em conjunto com diferentes áreas internas. O foco é proporcionar aprendizado prático, exposição a projetos reais e desenvolvimento de competências técnicas e comportamentais. Principais atividades de aprendizado e apoio Apoiar na coleta, organização e tratamento de dados para análises simples. Auxiliar na construção e atualização de relatórios e dashboards, acompanhando indicadores da área. Contribuir com iniciativas de automação de processos e melhoria contínua. Apoiar o desenvolvimento, manutenção e documentação de soluções e ferramentas internas. Interagir com áreas de negócio para entendimento de demandas e apoio na construção de soluções. Dar suporte às rotinas operacionais da área, garantindo organização e qualidade das entregas. Apoiar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria em processos e fluxos de trabalho. Participar de reuniões, alinhamentos e rituais do time, acompanhando projetos e atividades em andamento. Requisitos Recém graduado (6 meses a 1 ano) ou estar cursando ensino superior (último período), preferencialmente, em cursos relacionados a: Administração Controladoria Ciência da Computação Sistemas de Informação Engenharia de Software Ciência de Dados Gestão de TI ou áreas correlatas Perfil desejado Interesse genuíno por tecnologia, dados e inovação. Boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas. Perfil analítico, organizado e colaborativo. Proatividade, curiosidade e vontade de aprender. Capacidade de resolver problemas com orientação e apoio do time. Diferenciais Familiaridade com Excel, Power BI ou ferramentas similares. Noções de Python, SQL ou tecnologias correlatas. Interesse e/ou conhecimento em automação, inteligência artificial e transformação digital. Inglês e/ou espanhol para leitura e comunicação.
