Youth Worship Coordinator.....is a part-time position will assist in executing weekly YouthCrossing services at our Fenton campus, with a particular emphasis on leading the musical aspects of services. That includes leading bands with both adults and students, ensuring that services flow smoothly, and potentially leading worship on occasion as well.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, lead, and oversee Wednesday night band rehearsal
- Execute weekly services at assigned campus
- Oversee administration of planning center (scheduling bands/technical teams)
- Oversee audition and onboarding process for student bands
- Assist in executing various creative elements for services (technical, design, video, etc.)
- Potential to lead worship as needed

- Passionate about their relationship with God
- Baptized after making the thoughtful decision to follow Christ
- Regard the Bible as God’s final authority in all areas of Christian life and desire to be wholly obedient to it
- Wholeheartedly affirm The Crossing’s Statement of Faith, including our view on Baptism
