At TAC, we are more than just individuals; united in passion and purpose, we collaboratively breathe life into these extraordinary opportunities.

Our team and what we'll accomplish together

TELUS Cattle Professional Services supports cattle producers through integrated veterinary, nutrition, research, and consulting services, operating four clinic locations in Brooks, Lethbridge, Okotoks, and Taber. • Partner with people managers on training coordination, role clarity, and employee-engagement initiatives.
  • Support role accountability and remove operational roadblocks for our teams.
  • Foster a workplace culture where people thrive and feel supported.

Foster Cross-Clinic Integration and Communication

  • Facilitate regular communication and coordination between clinics.
  • Support resource allocation and workload balancing across locations.

  • Strong organizational and project-coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, you work effectively with veterinarians, technicians, administrative staff, leadership and clients.
  • Strong client communication and relationship-management skills; you can understand client needs, build trust, and coordinate resources to deliver solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset and bias toward action.
  • Ability to drive accountability and follow through on commitments across teams and locations.
  • Experience working in a multi-location or multi-site business environment.
