What You'll Own

What You Bring
- Experience working at a healthcare company, plus meaningful ownership in strategy, BizOps, finance, product, or operations.
- Hands-on analytical depth: SQL/Python, workflow automation, or advanced financial modeling and investment analysis.
- A record of delivering cross-functional work and earning greater responsibility.
- Strong academic credentials, including a completed bachelor's degree.
- Clear writing and the ability to turn a messy problem into a practical recommendation.
Standout Signals
- An MBA, MHA, technical master's, CFA charter, or comparable advanced credential.
- Something useful you've built with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agents, or similar coding tools.
- Experience with a scaling healthcare business, health plans, Medicare/Medicaid, or value-based care.
