You'll manage and grow a portfolio of Mart partners (supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores and brands). You'll own day-to-day relationships and drive sales growth using our platform tools, promotions and ad solutions.
What You’ll Do
Partner Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned Mart partners
- Own relationships with key decision-makers within your partner portfolio, building long-term trust that drives satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities as the relationship matures
- Keep in regular contact through agreed channels, and proactively explore opportunities or flag risks together with partners
- Own the execution and resolution of business-as-usual operations (listings, promotions, claims, store issues), independently
Business Growth & Performance
- Build and execute account plans to hit GMV, Revenue and Growth targets
- Identify new opportunities with existing partners and through prospecting new ones
- Drive partner growth with platform tools and mechanics such as campaigns, co-funded promotions and ads
- Diagnose the root cause behind performance gaps, turn the data into insights, and independently propose recommendations to partners and internal teams
- Develop and test promotional or ad approaches at the account level, and refine them over time into best practices for sharing with internal and external parties
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, E-commerce, FMCG/Retail Sales, or Digital/Performance Marketing. Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus.
- Understanding of marketplace or platform operations, including order flow, claims/compensation, promotions, and platform tools. Candidates from non-marketplace backgrounds are welcome.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Strong ownership and ability to manage both account strategy and day-to-day execution independently.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to learn, prioritize, and deliver results.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
