About the Role
This position requires U.S. citizenship.
We're seeking Revit professionals to join our on-site team in Arlington, Virginia. You'll support an ongoing program to modernize building documentation — converting legacy CAD files to a Revit-based BIM environment. Your work will directly enhance the value of building data for operations, maintenance, and renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
CAD / Revit Modeling
- Create and maintain 3D Revit models of MEP systems
- Convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files to LOD 300+ Revit models
- Integrate LIDAR point clouds, redlines, field verification, and as-built data
BIM & Document Management
- Support Revit template creation and BIM workflows
- Conduct model QA/QC
- Maintain model metadata and version control
Collaboration
- Coordinate with GIS, engineering, project management, and other stakeholders
- Participate in BIM meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
Records Management
- Index drawings and models into a secure project data repository
- Perform file conversions and ensure records compliance
Service & Reporting
- Respond to service requests
- Provide visual deliverables to support planning and project execution
- Assist with training on BIM standards and tools
Qualifications:
Experience
- 3+ years of Revit experience (AEC, facilities, construction, or related field)
- Proficient with:
- Autodesk Revit (3D modeling, families)
- Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems modeling
- Familiar with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and COBie
- Experience with point clouds is a plus
Technical Skills
- Autodesk Revit
- Bluebeam Revu
- Microsoft SharePoint & Office Suite

- On-site work: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
