What You’ll Do

  • Develop and review high-quality marketing communications materials, such as social media content, marketing collateral, creative briefs, campaign messaging, email content, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Support integrated media planning and execution across paid, earned, and social channels.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate campaign performance metrics, identifying insights and opportunities to enhance future marketing efforts.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and internal teams about project status, priorities, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members by delegating work appropriately, offering constructive feedback, and supporting strong client service and project management skills.
  • Participate in client planning, brainstorming, and strategic discussions, contributing fresh ideas and thoughtful recommendations.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in marketing communications, integrated marketing, account management, or a related field.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred, including experience supporting a variety of B2B and B2C clients.
  • Strong client-service skills with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and communicate confidently with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to connect marketing activities to broader business objectives.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and executing social media marketing programs, including paid and organic content across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing analytics and the ability to interpret performance data and communicate meaningful insights.
  • Experience with common marketing and agency platforms, including project-management tools, email marketing or CRM platforms, social media platforms, analytics tools and website content-management systems.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics and other Google platforms, Meta, LinkedIn, Wix or WordPress is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines, provide leadership when appropriate and remain receptive to feedback and direction.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a desire to solve problems, learn new skills and grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

At TruePoint, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse mix of clients and industries while building experience across integrated marketing, public relations, creative, digital, and strategic communications.
