Ereztech is seeking a motivated Chemical Production Technician I to join our specialty chemical manufacturing team. In this role, you'll support chemical packaging, Ultra-High Purity (UHP) cylinder preparation, and production operations while working in a safe, collaborative, and quality-driven environment. What You'll Do
- Package, label, weigh, and prepare specialty chemical products for shipment.
- Clean, inspect, and prepare Ultra-High Purity (UHP) cylinders and containers.
- Perform leak testing and basic inspections of cylinders, valves, and fittings.
- Stage raw materials and finished products for production and shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other approved material handling equipment.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support production activities and travel between our Saukville and Sheboygan Falls facilities as needed.
What We're Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between company locations.
- Ability to obtain DOT certification within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical packaging, production, or warehouse operations.
- Experience working in ISO, cGMP, or quality-controlled environments.
- IATA and/or ICAO Dangerous Goods certification is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to follow detailed written procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to support changing operational priorities.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and electronic documentation
