Marketing, Growth & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Remote (Jacksonville area of Florida preferred, but not required)
Schedule: 20–25 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation: $20-25/hour

We're a growing talent acquisition consulting firm looking for a proactive, organized, and creative individual to support our marketing, sales, operations, and client success efforts. You'll work directly with the founder in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to grow with a small business.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Edit short-form videos and create graphics in Canva
- Write captions and repurpose content
- Maintain a content calendar and monitor engagement
Sales & Business Development
- Research prospective clients and decision-makers
- Build prospect lists and support outreach campaigns
- Schedule meetings and maintain records
- Assist with proposals and sales materials
Executive & Client Support
- Support the founder with daily operations and project coordination
- Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-up items
- Prepare presentations and client documents
- Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables
- Help deliver an exceptional client experience on a growing account
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experienced with Canva, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Familiar using AI tools like ChatGPT (preferred)
- Previous experience in executive support, marketing, sales, recruiting, or project coordination is a plus
