Become a part of our caring community The Receptionist 1 receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. As a Receptionist I, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providers, and visitors, creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. In this role, you will: Greet patients, providers, and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service. Manage provider schedules, coordinate appointments, confirm patient visits, and assist with rescheduling and no-show follow-up activities. Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and provide routine information and assistance. Maintain visitor records and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in experience. Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, processing mail, and assisting with general office operations. Help ensure clinic operations run efficiently by staying organized and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Team player with a positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and highly organized Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) Preferred Qualifications: Value-based care model experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) Bilingual in English and Spanish You will be reporting to the Center Administration Work Hours: Mondays-Fridays (8AM-5PM) Location: 4828 Coconut Creek Parkway, Coconut Creek, FL 33063 Additional Information: This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
