Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in-person meditation, sound meditation, breathwork or experiential classes in a calming and welcoming environment
- Create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for guests of all experience levels
- Adapt practices to fit individual and group needs
- Collaborate with our wellness team to uphold our vision and values
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all interactions
Requirements:
- Certification and/or formal training in meditation or mindfulness-based practices (based on modality)
- Prior experience teaching in public group settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, grounded presence with a passion for wellness and healing
- Availability for substitution and/or event opportunities

We offer a range of mindful practices and experiences within Sage + Sound’s The Study; with up to seven classes per day.
