YOUR MISSION Build annual marketing plans for PUMA contracted Teamsports partners across Europe, based on global and regional guidance. Coordinate partner activations across social, PR, influencer and events, ensuring effective execution across internal and external teams. Lead assigned partner activations and drive cross-functional collaboration with Communications, Sports Marketing, Sales, Merchandising and Creative Services. Act as key point of contact for external partners and steer the annual partner plan. Ensure activations are locally relevant and connect with consumers across European markets. Analyze activation performance and provide insights to improve brand and commercial KPIs. YOUR TALENT 3–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Product Marketing or Campaign Management, preferably within sporting goods, fashion or lifestyle. Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and timelines. Experience working with external agencies and integrated campaigns across digital, retail, social, PR and commercial channels. Passion for football and a strong understanding of football culture, product innovation and consumer trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong intercultural competence. Highly organized, proactive and solution-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally as required by the business.
