Your Craft You coordinate and lead interdisciplinary planning teams (general planning tasks) from the preliminary project (SIA phase 31) to the tender planning (SIA phase 41), including contractor submission. In close collaboration with acquisition and development, you contribute your expertise early in competition procedures and project ideas. You represent the interests of the client during the implementation phase (from phase 51) until project completion. You ensure that quality, costs, deadlines, and services meet the requirements throughout all construction phases – both internally and externally. As a communicative hub, you maintain contact with authorities, planners, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear coordination. You accompany the construction process until final acceptance, enforce warranty claims, and ensure a smooth handover process. Your Foundation You have a completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in general planning or client representation. With your structured and solution-oriented working style, you keep track of deadlines, costs, and quality even in complex projects. In negotiations, you present yourself confidently and convince with technical understanding, assertiveness, and strong communication skills. You feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams, value personal responsibility, and are committed to innovative and sustainable construction projects. Experience in the realization of construction projects in different implementation models rounds off your profile.
