Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Coach in planning and delivering cricket training sessions three evenings per week in Dubai.
  • Conduct and manage batting and bowling nets, throw-downs, fielding drills, and wicket-keeping practice.

  • Assist with match-day preparation, team coordination, and on-field support.
  • Maintain accurate records of player availability, attendance, and training schedules.
  • Help organise training sessions and ensure players are prepared and engaged.
  • Identify areas for improvement and proactively suggest new drills, strategies, and training methods.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Coach to maintain a positive, disciplined, and performance-focused team environment.

  • Strong understanding of cricket techniques, training methods, and player development.
  • Practical experience conducting nets, throw-downs, fielding drills, and wicket-keeping sessions.
  • Ability to support player assessments, trials, team selection, and match-day activities.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to address challenges independently and suggest practical improvements.
  • Genuine commitment to the team, its players, and the club's long-term development.
  • Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
  • Must be available for weekday evening training sessions in Dubai.

Benefits

  • Part-time coaching contract with competitive compensation.
  • The opportunity to work alongside the Head Coach and contribute to the development of a new senior men's cricket club.
  • A hands-on role in player development, squad building, and competitive team preparation.
  • An opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape the club's training culture and performance standards.

The expected start date is November–December 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to meet the Head Coach in person in Dubai.
