  • Owning what you build and run, from technical decisions through to reliable operation

  • Mentoring engineers through pairing, code reviews and thoughtful technical guidance

  • Connecting engineering decisions to meaningful customer and business outcomes

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications with TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular.

  • You’ll be comfortable working across frontend architecture, state management, scalable UI patterns, automated testing, CI/CD and cloud-based platforms.

  • Experience with design systems, Web Components or micro-frontend architectures would be particularly valuable.

  • Communicate with clarity, navigate ambiguity and bring people with you when shaping technical direction.

  • Expertise to simplify complex customer journeys improving quality and reducing duplication inspiring engineers seek your perspective, whilst still having the space to stay close to the craft.

How we work

Our engineers own what they build and run, with the authority to make the technical decisions that support the outcome. Quality belongs to everyone, AI-assisted engineering is becoming a baseline capability and our shared standard prioritises customer experience, responsiveness, trust and efficient delivery.

We also believe technical craft should be a meaningful career destination. Our craft and people-leadership pathways are equally valued, giving you room to grow through architecture, technical standards, coaching and influence without needing to move away from the work you enjoy.
