The Marketing and Communications Specialist is a member of DCR’s Communications and Community Engagement Unit, reports to the Communications and Community Engagement Manager, and currently has no direct reports. In this role, you will: Lead the strategy, design, and execution of social media content across all agency platforms, ensuring messaging is accurate, engaging, accessible, and aligned with DCR’s brand. Develop and manage visual storytelling initiatives, including graphics, infographics, brand visuals, short‑form video, and other creative content that communicates complex civic topics clearly and effectively. Serve as a primary public relations partner for the agency by drafting press releases, media statements, talking points, and proactive story pitches. Collaborate with leadership to craft agency newsletters, internal communications, and major public‑facing announcements.
