$43.2K–70.8K/YR
At Quincy Medical Group, you are supported to do your best work and make a meaningful impact every day. You will be part of a collaborative, physician-led team that works as one and puts patients at the center of everything we do. With a connected network of providers, care teams, and services across primary and specialty care, surgery centers, imaging, lab, and therapy, you are part of a system designed to deliver high-quality, coordinated care. Together, we create an environment where you can grow, contribute, and help improve the experience and outcomes for every patient we serve. About the Role As the Programs and Donor Relations Specialist, you will play an important role in advancing the Quincy Medical Group Foundation's mission and strengthening its impact throughout the communities we serve. This position combines charitable program coordination, donor relations, communications, and community engagement to support the Foundation's work. You will oversee scholarship, grant, and patient assistance programs; help tell the story of the Foundation's impact; cultivate meaningful donor relationships; and support fundraising, events, and Foundation operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys both creative and relationship-focused work, and is passionate about making a difference in the community. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on Foundation activities. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate Foundation charitable programs, including scholarships, patient assistance, grants, employee giving, and recognition initiatives. Administer program applications, communication, documentation, payments, and reporting while ensuring an organized and positive experience for participants. Support donor stewardship, cultivation, engagement, acquisition, and recognition through welcome communications, acknowledgments, thank-you correspondence, donor appreciation, and other relationship-building activities. Process charitable gifts, maintain accurate donor records, and coordinate donor acknowledgments and year-end tax receipting. Develop donor stories, fundraising content, and marketing materials that demonstrate the impact of philanthropic support and increase awareness of Foundation initiatives. Manage Foundation website and social media content, including content planning, copywriting, graphic creation, scheduling, storytelling, and impact reporting. Serve as staff liaison and secretary to the Foundation Board, supporting meeting materials, communication, and board activities. Support fundraising events and community initiatives through planning, logistics, volunteer coordination, sponsorship fulfillment, and event execution. Represent the Foundation through presentations, community outreach, and engagement opportunities. Provide administrative and project support for Foundation operations, fundraising activities, events, and special initiatives. Collaborate with employees, donors, volunteers, community partners, and organizational leaders to advance Foundation initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned to support Foundation operations and its mission. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Strategic Communication, Journalism, or a related field required. Experience managing organizational or nonprofit social media platforms preferred. Experience creating marketing materials using Canva or similar design software. Experience with donor management or CRM software preferred. Experience with website management, including WordPress, preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional platforms and technology. Excellent organization, project management, customer service, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and follow-through. Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential donor, patient, and organizational information. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between facilities and events. Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance. Access to a mental health benefit at no cost. Employer provided life and disability insurance. $5,250 Tuition Reimbursement per year. Immediate 401(k) match. 40 hours paid volunteer time off. A culture committed to community engagement and social impact. Up to 12 weeks parental leave at 100% pay and a financial benefit for adoption and surrogacy for non-physician team members once eligibility requirements are met. Let’s start with what matters. People. Purpose. Care. At Quincy Medical Group, we believe healthcare works best when it’s personal, connected, and led by people who truly care. We are a physician-led medical group built on trusted relationships, teamwork, and a shared commitment to putting patients first in every decision we make. Our team members are caregivers, collaborators, problem-solvers, and leaders. Together, we show up with compassion, act with purpose, and take ownership of the care we deliver and the experience we create. Whether you’re caring directly for patients or supporting the teams who do, your role matters here, and your voice is valued. We listen with intention, work as one, and challenge ourselves to keep improving, not for recognition, but because our patients, families, and communities count on us. Innovation at QMG isn’t about chasing what’s next for its own sake. It’s about finding better ways to deliver high-quality, affordable, and accessible care, today and into the future. If you’re looking for meaningful work, supportive teammates, and the opportunity to help shape the future of care while staying grounded in compassion and community, you’ll find your place at Quincy Medical Group.
