Commission Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- This position is commission-based only (no salary)
- We are seeking highly motivated Commission Sales Associates
- Proactively greet customers professionally
- Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
- Conduct follow-up customer communications
- Understand all service packages
- Understand our established individual sales goals
- Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
- Work remote or hybrid

- Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success
- Strong work ethics with a drive to exceed expectations
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Work well in a fast pace, commissioned sales environment
- Work well under pressure, ability to multi-task
