We’re now welcoming applications for Technical & Injury Management Specialist to join our supportive, purpose-driven team in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week. You’ll join our Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII) business, providing industry-specific workers compensation insurance to more than 1,600 accommodation hotels, pubs and clubs across NSW. In this specialist role, you’ll use your technical workers compensation and injury management expertise to support claims teams, manage complex scenarios and help deliver positive outcomes for workers and employers. What You’ll Be Doing Provide technical guidance to claims teams on complex claims and legislative requirements Develop and implement proactive injury management strategies Provide specialist coaching and one-on-one support to claims team members Support teams with complex work capacity, treatment and long-term claim decisions Review claims management practices and identify emerging trends and opportunities for improvement Work with Team Leaders to develop strategies that support team performance and outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What We’re Looking For It’s ok if you haven’t done this exact role before.
