What you’ll be doing Lead the day-to-day operation of Harlow across busy late-night and peak-trading periods. Build, coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team. Drive beverage sales, service standards, labour performance and venue profitability. Create an engaging, safe and energetic guest experience. Maintain strong operational standards across compliance, licensing, WHS and responsible service. Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities and deliver venue initiatives. Develop the Assistant Venue Manager and broader leadership team. Build strong relationships with staff, guests, suppliers and the Richmond community. Creating strong team culture and developing future leaders. Managing compliance, licensing and responsible service requirements.
