Coach the team and help deliver warm, consistent service. Handle guest and team issues with confidence and good judgement. Support the Venue Manager to keep the venue safe and running well. What you’ll bring Experience leading shifts in a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue. A practical approach and a genuine interest in developing people. A current Victorian RSA.
