We've got Duty Manager and Assistant Venue Manager openings across our Christchurch venues, including Carlton Bar, Casa Publica, The Bog, The Town and more. Duty Manager pay sits between $28–$30 per hour. A Duty Manager certificate is required, but if you don't have one yet, don't let that stop you — you can start as a Supervisor and work towards it with our support. Step up to Assistant Venue Manager and you'll pick up a bonus structure of $5,000 p.a., paid quarterly, on top of your base. What you'll need Previous hospitality management experience relevant to the level of the role you are applying for. Venue Manager applicants must have previous venue management experience.
