What You'll Be Doing Leading day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage and gaming. Delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards. Coaching, developing and motivating front-of-house teams. Opening and closing the venue, including late-night trading where required. Supporting labour management, venue presentation and operational compliance. Managing cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and venue reporting. Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally. Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational success. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role. At least 1-2 years' hospitality experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. Strong bar and customer service experience with the confidence to lead busy service periods. Experience in late-night venues, gaming operations or high-volume bars will be highly regarded. A genuine passion for hospitality and the drive to build a long-term career. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions under pressure. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and late-night closes (where required). Current NT RSA certificate. Current NT Gaming Machine Licence is highly regarded (or willingness to obtain). What's On Offer Casual opportunities offering approximately 25-38 hours per week. Competitive hourly rates.
