These include the renowned Bega cheese blocks- mild, tasty, and vintage, shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger slice cheeses. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a skilled, high‑performing team of approximately 40 operators, with a strong focus on achieving operational targets across quality, safety, cost, and environmental performance. The successful candidate must be available to work 12‑hour Night shifts, scheduled from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on Mon, Tue, Wed and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am on every fourth Sunday. Responsibilities Support and develop team members to achieve goals and build a self-driven, empowered culture. Address issues with thoughtful problem-solving and a focus on positive outcomes. Identify and act on opportunities to enhance processes and performance. Uphold food safety, environmental, and manufacturing compliance with care and consistency.
